To follow in the footsteps of Jesus Christ after the pattern of the Gospel as a Franciscan Secular requires that we undertake a period of of formation:

three months of Orientation,

six months as an Inquirer and 

eighteen months as a Candidate prior to Profession as a Franciscan man or woman in the world.

This is a prayerful journey of mutual discernment with the person and the Fraternity.
